Astroflame AFFG Intumescent Fire Air Transfer Grilles (30-60min)

Description

A durable ventilation grille which is easily mounted in solid timber fire doors & solid block walls, and can provide in excess of 1/2 or 1 hour fire protection. Astroflame Fire Grille comprises of a intumescent core within a galvanized steel frame with vermin proof 6mm steel mesh fitted to both faces.

Suitable for fitting up to 1,000mm (1m) from floor level. The top of the grille should not be higher than 1000mm from the floor.

All square and rectangular grilles are available to suit 30 minute or 60 minute on previously fire rated applications. Please note these fire grilles are tested with a Steel face Plate (Astro Plates) either side. These plates are sold separately and can be found in the related products seen below. The cover plates are sold individually so you would need to order 2 cover plates to suit 1 intumescent grille.

Maximum single grille size is 600 x 600 mm.
