Great service and price. Items arrived on time. Handles are excellent quality but screws supplied shockingly poor quality and heads shear off. Far too soft and let down otherwise excellent product. Buy but don’t use the screws! Tim Toft

I made a mistake when ordering my handle but Colin suggested a solution which worked very well. When I received the handle and lock button I was immediately impressed with the packaging and weight of the handle.on unwrapping the packages it was obvious that these were quality items. All of the hardware and ironmongery in my house has been supplied by JWL, including all internal door knobs, kitchen cabinet handles, latches and catches etc. The price point is very competitive but the service is second to none. Colin and the team are communicative and very helpful. The manufacturer of the items I wanted have clearly had some lead time delays of late which has made getting all parts a bit of a challenge. Where another supplier I used first was not at all interested in being helpful, JWL have been able to tell me what stock they can send immediately, and what lead times to expect on remaining items. That way I've been able to plan and prioritise based on what's available. I won't bother looking anywhere other than JWL next time I need any ironmongery. Jack McKenna
