If you know nothing about ironmongery and particularly door hardware, these guys are your team. From a flimsy description over the phone or by email they can tell you exactly what you need and they’re always right. Super helpful, super knowledgeable and they have an absolute Aladdin’s cave of products to suit any style. Will always come back to this shop. Beatriz Bailey

Good morning, I am happy to say that your Hydraulic gate closer was a “game changer “for us , previously we had a spring gate closer, the gate shut hard and noisily! It was a constant annoyance😩. Since I have fitted the hydraulic closer, the gate closes slowly and quietly, then finally latched into place👍👏🏻👏🏻. Thank you, also the price was the best around. Keith Manning

Placing the order online was straightforward and the handles were dispatched very quickly leading to an excellent experience. When the handles were fitted it was discovered that one of them was faulty - I contacted JWL and they immediately organised a replacement - great service Nick Hunt
