I'm very much an amateur, but there seems to be something wrong with the bottom "latch". While the door handles are flush with the backing plate, the bottom latch is about 5mm proud of the backing plate. Rijn du Toit

Hook itself is well made and looks good; the screws are brass with heads dipped in black, not all had been dipped fully. While the paint covered the top, it was only just in several cases. A detail that lets down a good product. Gareth Rossiter
