It's when things don't go well that you know you are dealing with good company. JWL are exceptional. Through no fault of their own, the goods I received were faulty. No quibble, similar problem, no quibble. Not until the problem was resolved did Dan and Colin relax. This was a small value, internet, order so involved DHL who too were great. Do not hesitate to use JWL. A rare breed in todays world Derek Brown

JWL are a company you can trust, we had an issue and it was immediately dealt with, this is a honest and reliable company, many thanks for your help.

Typical of any product coming from the Carlisle branding, quality. Weve used these on a house 10 years ago and this was an additional one required for a new bathroom, the handles that were on the house, after ten years looked exactly like the new one. You cant say better than that considering the price of these handles.

Ordered the thumb turn & release from JWL after looking for one to match the rest of our new door handles. I took a punt, as the photos online to actual colours of products can be a lottery, luckily it was the perfect match and is now fitted. The post was a little high at £6 but I assumed it's one flat rate if I'd bought 10. Overall very happy.

I purchased very expensive door handles, hinges and latches by Heritage Brass but the latches were dreadfully poor quality. I called JWL and spoke to the director Colin Lambert who immediately took charge of the issue and got replacements to me the next day! Other than the latches, the handles and hinges are great but the real star was Colin. Can't thank him enough for all his efforts and will definitely be back again for the next batch or handles and hinges (minus the HB latches!)
