Very helpful service. Items were not in but projected delivery date was discussed and delivery arrived on time for urgent job.

Along with other Zoo hardware purchased, this is good quality and looks great fitted. Service from JWL was good and helpful where I had questions.

Good quality sashlock. The rebate finish let it down as it doesn't match (different metal finish).

I had a lot of stuff to order from JWL and needed to speak on a couple of occasions to work out the right items. Service was accessible (phones answered - not purely a mail order operation), good (people I spoke to were knowledgeable) and helpful (I got the answers I needed).

JWL were seamless in their handling of my order, all the way through to delivery. Some of my items were on back order, but communication was forthcoming and my deadlines were met. I will be using them again, I recommend you do the same.

Nicely proportioned lever set,modern style and good quality finish.

Purchased the above mentioned hinges to match the existing ones but on some new doors. They are exactly as described and a perfect match. However two of the hinges were of a poor quality on the satin brass finish. This was relayed to JWL as feedback. Otherwise it would have been a five star review.
