They acknowledged my order and kept me updated on the delivery journey from when they received my delivery to when my order left them and when my order would arrive and I was given a 2 hour delivery window in the day. Matched my door handles on my oak doors and the cupboards and drawers in my kitchen and utility and cupboards and drawers in my living area by the media wall in my family room.
